The Curated Collective exists because finding a celebrant shouldn’t feel overwhelming - and being one shouldn’t mean doing it all alone.
We make the process calm, intentional, and (dare we say it?) actually exciting.
Couples enquire with us first. From there, we get to know their vibe, what matters most, and how they want their ceremony to feel. Then we match them with a handful of celebrants who genuinely fit.
No endless enquiry forms or DMs. No awkward interviews. Just couples feeling confident, calm, and deeply connected to their chosen celebrant… you.

Couples enquire through The Curated Collective first. We get to know their vibe, values, and what matters most, and then personally match them with the celebrant who just feels right (not just whoever’s available).
Behind the scenes, the systems are already taken care of. Enquiries, bookings, and the admin bits run smoothly so no one’s left guessing or chasing things up.
That means you, as a celebrant, get to focus on what you do best: creating connection, writing meaningful ceremonies, and showing up ready to absolutely nail it on the day.
All the finer details (like workflow, responsibilities and how we roll) are shared during the next stage, so you'll know exactly what you're saying yes to - before committing to anything.

That’s The Curated Collective.
Pricing & Structure
The Curated Collective operates with a consistent, competitive pricing structure across the brand.
Rather than setting individual rates, celebrants are paid a set fee per booking. This reflects the collective model and the behind-the-scenes support provided - from admin and systems to marketing and client management.
✨ You’re still running your own business. You’ll operate as a subcontractor under the collective - maintaining your own insurance, ABN, and professional reputation. This setup allows you to stay autonomous and grow your own business, while gaining the benefits of working within a trusted, aligned team.
All the details - including pricing, workflow, responsibilities, and expectations are shared upfront with shortlisted celebrants before any commitments are made.
